Account Executive – Work from Home / Sarajevo

Junior the CAT - Consulting and Advanced Technologies (named by the Founder's cat Junior) is a department within the Metla.ba startup ecosystem in Sarajevo, where our team delivers smart digital solutions, BPO services, and tailored business support to international clients.

One of our fastest-growing projects is a digital transformation project for a well established cleaning company based in London, UK. To support their expansion, we’re looking for an Account Executive to oversee client accounts and ensure flawless service delivery.

Your Role

• Manage and oversee multiple London-based client.
• Act as the key link between clients and cleaning teams.
• Handle problem-solving and ensure high service standards.
• Draft and manage contracts, coordinate supplies, and support recruitment when required.
• Maintain strong communication through calls, video meetings, and email.
• Work closely with the London team to align on service delivery and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator with fluent English (spoken & written).
  
• Highly organized, adaptable, and an upbeat personality.
• Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple priorities.
• Confident with acquiring new IT skills.
• Experience with any CRM or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to deliver results.
